摘　　要：长期以来,在中国高校体育教学中,人文精神教育薄弱已是非常突出的问题。这在某种程度上阻碍了高校体育教学的改革与发展。文章阐述了“人文精神”的内涵、教育价值及其必要性,提出了在高校体育教学中渗透人文精神的内容与途径。For a long time, in the physical education of China＇s universities, the weakness of education of the humanity spirits has become an outstanding problem, which blocks the reform and development of university teaching of physical education, This paper, on the basis of studying the connotation of ＂humanity spirits＂ and educational values and necessity, presents the content of and approaches to penetrating the humanity spirits in the teaching of college physical education.
