摘　　要：本文分析了现阶段高校学生工作队伍的现状和存在的突出问题,阐述了高校班主任队伍建设的必要性,并提出了高校班主任建设的四种机制。This paper analyzes the situation and problems of staff for students in present, elaborates the necessity of troop construction of teacher in charge in university, and proposes four kind of mechanisms to the construction of teacher in charge in university.
