摘　　要：本文从高等教育质量入手,对高校思想政治工作的质量管理模式进行了阐述,对思想政治教育引入ISO质量管理体系的必要性、可行性和实效性进行了分析,并结合个人实践,对ISO质量管理体系与思想政治工作实际操作的结合提出了一些具体方法和个人心得。In this paper, we introduce the quality management for ideological and political work from the perspective of higher education quality. The necessity, feasibility and effectivity of introducing ISO quality management system into ideological and political work are analyzed. Some methods to combine ISO quality management system and the routine in ideological and political work are also proposed.
