摘　　要：随着世界经济的不断发展,中小企业集群成为经济较发达地区产业组织结构中一个很重要的现象,集群化发展可以解决中小企业自身存在的弱点并提高竞争优势。对中小企业集群理论进行简单的回顾,分析中小企业集群化发展的优势,以河北中小企业集群化发展的现状为例,分析河北中小企业集群中存在的问题,以期推进中小企业集群的良性发展。With the continuous development of world economy, small and medium enterprise cluster has become an important phenomenon of the industrial organization structure in the economically developed area. Collectivization may solve the self- existing weaknesses in them and increases theirs competitive advantages.Based on small and medium enterprise cluster theory, the paper briefly introduces the current situation of their clustering in Hcbei Province and presents some solutions to the existing problems in this course.
