摘　　要：利用SERVQUAL测试工具,以问卷调查的方式对桂林电子工业学院图书馆服务质量进行了调查,并进行统计分析,据此提出相应的提高图书馆服务质量的对策。By using the testing tool SERVQUAL, this paper investigates the service quality analysis of the library of Guilin University of Electronic Technology with the questionnaire mode, carries out the statistical analysis, and based on this, advances some countermeasures for improving the service quality of the library.
