摘 要:目的:利用SD大鼠建立一种近似人类临床牙周炎的牙周炎动物模型。方法:将12月龄SD大鼠36只随机分为3组:①正常对照组(N组);②高糖饮食+结扎+牙龈剥离(P1组);③牙龈剥离+高糖饮食+结扎+牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P2组)。结果:组织学结果显示P1组4周时可见牙周炎表现,个体差异大;8周时形成深牙周袋,牙槽骨吸收,个体差异小;P2组4周时可见明显牙周炎症状,个体差异小。结论:以本法建立的牙周炎动物模型,能模拟临床牙周炎自然发生的过程,用于牙周炎的进一步研究。AIM: To establish experimental periodontitis animal model in SD rats. METHODS: Thirty six SD rats( 12 months of age) were randomly divided into a control group (N) and two experimental groups ( P1 and P2 ). In two experimental groups steel - wire ligatures were given to the gingivas around the left first maxillary molars; the amimals were provided with high glucose food and drink. Additionaly, group P2 was inoculated with P. gingivalis. RESULTS: At week 4, histological examination showed the manifestation of periodontitis in two experimetal groups, but there was more significant individual difference in group P1 than in group P2. At week 8, histological examination showed deep periodontal pockets and alveolar bone loss in two experimental groups. CONCLUSION : This method can simulate the natural periodontitis progress of patients.
