摘 要:利益相关者理论要求对各个利益相关者相对于其创造的绩效,均衡的对其分配企业资源。本文建立了基于利益相关者利益的企业绩效评价体系,并探讨了其它企业如何定量的配置资源(管理),才能赶超本行业绩效得分最高的标杆企业。定量的管理,实现定量的绩效;定量绩效目标又为进一步实施定量管理提供实践指导。According to the stakeholder theory, stakeholders should evenly share the resources of their enterprise in the proportion of their performance. This paper establishes a performance evaluation system based on the benefits of stakeholder and discusses what an enterprise should do to allocate resources (management) in a quantitative way and catch up with the model enterprise with the best performance. Quantitative management is intended to realize quantitative performance and quantitative performance goal, in turn, functions as a guide of how to implement quantitative management.
