南京市高校体育教师个体特征对其工作满意度影响的实证研究

摘　　要：运用数量化理论Ⅱ类,综合采用问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法等,对南京市高校体育教师个体特征及其工作满意度之间的关联性进行了实证分析。通过模型统计分析,发现南京市高校体育教师的工作满意度水平普遍较低,在此基础上,探讨了影响高校体育教师满意度的主要因素,并提出了解决问题的对策与建议。Using the mathematical quantification theory H kind synthetically uses methods of questionnaire survey, visit and mathematical statistic, and so on this article has carried on the real diagnosis analysis to study the connection between the Nanjing universities PE teachers＇ Characteristics and their job satisfaction. By statistic and analysis of the model, the authors found that job satisfaction of university PE teachers in Nanjing city are lower, and put forward countermeasure to solve questions.
