摘　　要：本文探讨余甘果汁饮料的加工工艺，并比较几种澄清剂对果汁贮效期间沉淀的影响，同时对果汁的营养成分进行进一步的分析．This Paper investgates the Processing technology of the beverage Of Phyllanthus cmblica L,and compares the influences of several clarificatory drugs on its sediment during the storage of the juice,and more over,it makes a further analysis of the untritive composition of the juice.
