摘  要:本文测量了钛酸铅和锆钛酸铅铁电薄膜的热释电效应,在这些以钛薄片为衬底,用Sol-Gel方法制备的铁电薄膜上可测到明显的热释电响应.同时,对这些薄模的介电性质与I-V特性也进行了测试,对敏感元与衬底之间的热传导以及材料中发现的光电导效应对热释电响应的影响进行了分析和讨论.Lead titanate and lead zirconate titanate thin films were made by Sol-Gel process and deposited on flexible titanium substrates. The pyroelectric effect of these thin films was investigated. The I-v characteristic curve of the PbTio_3 thin films was measured. The result indicated that photoconductivity existed in the thin films. The influence of photoconductivity and thermal transportation between the thin film and the substrate on the measurement of pyroelectric response was discussed.
