摘　　要：人才是甘肃经济与社会发展的关键因素。在市场经济不断深化的条件下,甘肃的高层次人才出现了严重的流失问题。研究甘肃省高层次人才流失状况,制定相应的高层次人才策略对甘肃经济保持良性和健康的发展具有非常重要的现实意义。The talented person is the key aspect to the development of economy and society for Gansu Province. Under the condition of unceasingly deepen market economy, high level talented person appeared seriously drained in Gansu. Studing the problem and formulating the corresponding strategy has very practical significance to maintain the healthy development of economy and society for the Gansu provinoc.
