摘  要:针对液体媒质超声波电机中存在的液体媒质对定子振动特性的影响,阐述了液体媒质超声波电机的工作原理,并在此基础上利用声场和定子振动的耦合方程研究了液体媒质的负载效应,分析了液体媒质对定子谐振频率的影响。利用ANSYS建立电机有限元模型,通过耦合场分析研究了液体媒质的高度、密度和声速与定子谐振频率的关系。分析发现,随着液体高度、密度的增加,负载效应增强,定子谐振频率降低;而当声速增加时,负载效应减弱,定子谐振频率增加。实验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。The ultrasonic motor driving fluid directly is a new type of non-contact ultrasonic motor. Due to the load effect of the fluid medium, the vibration characteristic of the stator varies in the motor. Based on the working mechanism, the influence of the fluid medium on the resonant frequency of the stator is studied by means of the coupling equation of acoustic and stator vibration. Moreover, the finite element model of the motor is built with the software ANSYS. Through the analysis of the coupling field, the relationships between the resonant frequency of the stator and fluid parameters such as fluid height, density and sound speed are obtained. It is observed that the resonant frequency decreases with the height and the density of the fluid, and increases with the sound speed. Finally, the experimental results coincide with the theoretical analysis.
