摘　　要：当前,大学生就业形势日趋严俊。如何提高学生就业竞争力,提高学生的综合素质成为社会关注的焦点。大学生职业生涯规划理论也正是在这一背景下逐步得到大家的重视。开展大学生职业生涯规划理论研究与实施迫在眉睫。本文在查阅文献资料、调查研究、专家咨询、问卷调查等途径获取了大量信息,对大学生进行职业规划的意义和大学生职业生涯规划的现状进行了描述,从学校和学生层面构建了开展大学生职业生涯规划的实施方案。At present, the situation of college students＇employment is serious. How to enhance student＇competitive power of employment and improve their comprehensive quality have been an issue which attracts the publics ＂attention. So it is urgent for us to carry out the fundamental research on college students＇career development immediately. Based on the information which is gained through consulting literatures and experts, conducting investigation and so on. , this article describes the significance and present situation of the college students＇career development. It also sets up the implementation plan from the aspect of student and college.
