摘　　要：在体育中实施美育是历史的要求。体育中的美育充满着多种艺术的人体运动,可以健美身体,美化心灵。高校体育教师要勇于实践,使体育教学成为一个创造美的过程。it is the historical request to apply esthetical edification in physical education. The esthetical edification in physical education is a kind of physical movement filled with various artistic elements, which could strengthen body and glorify spirit. College PE teachers should be innovative in practice to turn physical education into process of creating beauty.
