摘　　要：介绍了多肽的固相合成法,包括多肽合成原理、发展简史、固相多肽合成的分类、合成中常用的树脂、合成步骤、合成过程中可能出现的副反应以及较长肽链、某些蛋白质的合成策略。The paper introduced solid phase synthesis of polypeptide in brief, It included the theory of ploypeptide synthesis and its history, the sort of solid phase polypeptide synthesis, some resin in common use, synthesis steps,by-ploduct of ploypeptide synthesis, the synthesis of rather long poly peptide chain and the synthesis method of some protein.
