硒碘缺乏对大鼠心肌甲状腺激素代谢和α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶活性的影响

摘  要:用缺Se缺I的克山病病区粮为基础,分别添加Se或/和I的饲料喂养4组大鼠。测定了心肌组织Se和T3水平,α-GPD、IDI、GPx活力以及血浆T4、T3水平。结果发现,缺I使大鼠血浆T4显著下降,而缺Se又使适I大鼠血浆T4水平增高。所有4组血浆T3水平波动幅度不大。心肌未能测出IDI活性,心肌Se含量因饲料加Se而增高,但没有影响心肌T3水平。心肌α-GPD活性缺I组明显低于加I组,并与血浆T4水平高度正相关,而与心肌GPx活性关系不明显。研究提示,克山病病区粮引起的大鼠心肌低能量代谢特点与缺I或缺I引起的TH代谢异常有明显关系。he effects of combinediodine and selenum deficiency(Se -I -),of single deficiency of these trace elements(Se +I -,Se -I +),and of no deficiency(Se +I +)on the α glycerophosphate dehydrogenase(α GPD)activity were compared in the rat hearts with relation to the thyroid hormone metabolism and GPx activity.No type I 5` deiodinase activity was measured in the four groups,and Se or/and I deficiency has no influence on triiodothyronine level in the rat hearts.There was strong relationship between α GPD activity and plasma thyroxin,but no between α GPDactivity and GPx activity in the hearts.The results indicate that I may be more important than Se in energy metabolism of myocardium,which can be considered as a new clue for the study on the etiology of Keshan disease in which endemic grains are deficient in both Se and I.
