摘　　要：世界各国教师教育实习的改革脉络综合表现为“一个目标两个维度”。当前,我国高师教育实习改革应在坚持质量目标的前提下,侧重从组织与管理的维度寻求具有操作性和实效性的实习组织模式,合作管理模式势必成为一种应然选择。In the world, the reform logic of teaching practice can be thought as one object and two sides. At present we should probe an operativable and useful model of practice organization on the side of organization and management persevering in the quality object, the model of cooperation management can be referred as one best and temporary choice.
