纸片法与培养发酵法检测茶具大肠菌群污染结果的比较

摘　　要：经比较，以大肠菌群快速检验纸片法与培养发酵法检测茶具大肠菌群的结果无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．同样，用纸片法检测大肠菌群单项指标亦可取代大肠菌群与细菌总数的双项指标综合评价．In a comparative study. it was indicatedthat the result of examining coli-group bacterialcontamination of tea sets by coli-group rapid ex-amination paper strip method was not significantlydifferent from that by culture fermentation method(P>0.05),Similarly, examining single index ofcoli-group by paper strip method also could re-place combined evaluation of two indices ofcoli-group and total bacterial count.
