摘　　要：辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。加强辅导员队伍建设,建设一支专兼结合,面向专业化、职业化发展的辅导员队伍是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重要组织保证和长效机制。University tutors are the backbone of moral education contingents and guide for the healthy development of university students. Strengthening the training work of the university tutors and build them into a contingent which is characterized by its various combination, specialization and professionalization is an important guarantee and enduring mechanism for the improvement of moral education on university students.
