摘　　要：高校专题特色数据库建设要深入发掘最有价值、最具保护紧迫性的地域文化与特色资源,充分发挥专业学科学术优势,精心选择专业软件平台,突出功能设计,严格建设规范,完善建设保障,全力打造特色鲜明、实用性强、价值突出的品牌特色数据库。Aimed to construct the brand characteristic database, we should try our best to rind the best regional culture resource with special value and protection urgency as the special subject, and utilize university academic advantages in the field. At the beginning of construction, the most suitable software platform must be selected as well as the database framework and function designed. And in every phrase of construction, we must abide strictly to the constructing standards and regularities, and keep good construction conditions all the time.
