摘  要:南宋前中期许多理学家都有官学教育的实践,并非没有机会在官学中推行理学。因此很难仅仅从政治因素的角度将理学与书院的结合解释为理学没有机会利用官学作为传播基地。实际上,正是因为在长期的官学教育实践中,理学家对当时官学教育的弊端有了深切的了解,对理学强调“为己之学”的教育理念与官学教育的不相容性有了明确的认识,他们才力图在官学以外寻求新的传播途径,这为理学与书院的结合提供了契机。In the first and middle period of the Southern Song , many Neo-Confucians were engaged in the education of public school , and had opportunities to propagated the Neo-Confucianism in the public school .So it is difficulty to owe the combination of the Neo Confucianism and academy to that the Neo- Confucians had not opportunity to take the public school as the propagated base of the Neo-Confucianism only from the political view . In fact ,just because of their long-term practice in the education of public school ,the Neo-Confucians knew deeply the maladies of the education of public school and knew clearly that their educational idea emphasizing "study for oneself "was incompatible with the education of public school ,then ,they tried hard to find new propagated place ,and it given an opportunity for the combination of Neo-Confucianism and academy .
