高校教师继续教育问题思考

摘　　要：在学习型社会里应充分认清高等学校教师继续教育的必要性和重要性。目前我国高等学校教师继续教育存在一些问题，诸如缺乏必要的教育教学技能培训、忽视非学历的技能培训、忽视师德素养等综合素质、缺乏完善的考核机制等，对此需采取切实有效对策，加强教师继续教育，不断提高师资队伍的整体水平。A society that values learning predetermines the need to recognize the necessity and significance of the further education of teachers in higher education. At present, this further education system in China is still defective： for instance, there is a lack of training on teaching-related techniques, a neglect of no diplomacy technical training and of morality education to teachers, and an absence of evaluation mechanism. Effective measures are supposed to be taken to enhance teachers＇ further education so as to improve the whole staff＇s quality.
