乙醇燃料HCCI单缸试验机系统开发及试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了一套适用于乙醇燃料HCCI燃烧模式的单缸试验机系统。将CA-6100柴油机第6缸的进、排气及供油系统独立出来,改造成单缸试验机。开发了进气电加热、进气道喷油、排气管节流EGR及爆震等监控和试验数据采集系统,实现了单缸进气温度、供油量、排气再循环(EGR)的控制和检测,阐明了其结构与工作原理。通过试验初步确定了乙醇燃料在转速为1 200 r/min时,用过量空气系数λ和EGR率表示的HCCI的工作范围。The sixth cylinder of a CA-6100 diesel engine was changed into sit cylinder test engine by the independence and changing of its intake and exhaust pipes and tile fuel supply sysLem. The monitoring and data acquisition systems of the electronic inlet air heating, low pressure injection for the intake pipes,throttle control EGR for the exhaust pipes and knocking inspecting, were developed and used well in the engine testing. Through a series experiments, the working area of HCCI mode for ethanol fuel were obtained at 1 200 r/min, which was expressed as the cxeessive air coefficient λ and the EGR rate.
