摘　　要：从海洋生物中筛选提取有应用价值的酶类,已成为海洋生物资源开发的一个重要方面。近年来,对褐藻胶裂解酶及其降解产物——褐藻寡糖的研究受到人们的普遍关注。就这两方面作一较为详细的总结与阐述。The study on screening valuable enzymes from the ocean speices has become a significant topic in marine biotechnotogy. Recently, the research on alginate lyase and its hydrolytic products-alginate oligosacchrides has become more attractive. This paper reviewed the studies on these two aspects and discussed their future prospects.
