摘　　要：从改革教学内容，融入数学建模思想，采用灵活多变的教学方法培养创新意识，教法与学法改革并重，培养学生的创新能力等几个方面探讨了医用数学课程改革的必要性和应遵循的原则。This paper discusses the necessity and principles of carrying out reform in the medical mathematics course from the following aspects： reform in teaching content and putting mathematical modeling thoughts into it; adopting flexible and different teaching methods to develop students＇ innovative thinking; and attaching equal importance to teaching methods and studying methods to cultivate students＇ creativity.
