摘 要:内观法是一种以“我所得到的、我所付出的、我给别人添了麻烦”的3个提问形式不断地对自己进行反思的一种方法。内观法以其促进健康人格养成为目标与学校心理教育目标相一致;以其对生命的重视与学校心理教育中生命教育主题相呼应;以其方法的独特与青少年的身心特征相吻合;以其良好的效果提升学校心理教育的有效性。Naikan therapy makes continuous self-examination by asking oneself the following three questions: "What have i obtained?", "What have I contributed?" and "'Have I troubled others?" Naikan therapy aims at promoting the cultivation of sound personality, which is identical to the objective of psychological education in school. Naikan therapy puts emphasis on life, which is in concert with the theme of the psychological and life education in school. The unique features of Naikan therapy correspond to the physical and psychological features of teenagers. The satisfactory results of Naikan therapy can improve the efficiency of psychological education in school.
