摘　　要：针对青少年生理心理的发展特点以及在体育教学中出现的问题,从青少年形态、机能、兴趣、学习动机、思维发展、人生观等方面进行分析,并探索出一套适应青少年生理心理特点的体育教学方法和体育活动形式。Aimed at the characteristics of the development of adolescents＇ physiology and psychology and the problems during the physical education, this thesis analyzes and explores a set of method for P. E. teaching and exercise which are suitable for adolescents based on the analyses of adolescents＇ physique, enginery, interest, study mctivation, thinking development and philosophy, etc.
