摘　　要：设计了一种具有2台自动穿梭板和1台巷道堆垛机的双穿梭板密集存取自动化立体仓库,提高了立体仓库的存储密度,并采用专家系统对穿梭板和堆垛机进行优化调度,提高了作业效率。该专家系统通过在自动化物流实验室中的完善和应用,系统的作业效率达到52盘/h。The paper presents an automatic warehouse with two auto- satellites and a stacker, which can effectively enhance storage density of warehouse and operation efficiency because of optimal operation of the satellites and stacker controlled by expert system. Test result shows the efficiency of this system is up to 52 pallet per hour.
