高职学生综合能力培养途径探析

摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的发展，对高等职业技术学校的办学思想、专业结构、管理方式、培养模式和学生能力的培养提出了新的任务和要求。高等职业技术教育的重要特色在于强化学生综合能力的培养，本文就如何培养高职学生的综合能力进行分析和探索。The development of China＇s social economy put forward new task and requirements to the operation thinking, major structure, management mode, cultivating mode and training of students＇ capabilities of higher vocational colleges and universities. The trait of higher vocational education lies on the training of comprehensive capabilities of students, which was described in the paper.
