网络条件下成人学习的社会动员机制研究

摘　　要：在网络条件下形成的不同于传统的影响人们接受教育和学习的经济、政治和文化条件,以及由这些条件构成的教育和学习的社会动员机制,结合计算机网络技术与多媒体远程开放教育学习平台,对成人高等教育,对成人的学习需求、学习动机、学习方式、学习策略以及学习过程的形成等方面都产生了深刻的影响。这种有别于传统教育环境下的推动人们接受教育和自我学习的社会动员机制,促成了成人学习的社会心理和学习习惯的养成,使成人学习成为构建“学习型社会”的重要组成部分。The education and leaming socialized mobilization mechanism that formed under the web combining with the computer web technology and multimedia distance open education learning platform, which is different from the traditional conditions on affecting of accepting education and learning of the economy, political and civilization, exert a tremendous influence on the adult higher education, the adult learning demand, the learning motivation, the learning pattern, the learning tactics and the learning process. The socialized mobilization mechanism of accepting education and self- learning that is different from the traditional education environment brought about the cultivation of the social psychology and the leaming habits and the adult learning became the important component of the construction ＂the learning society＂ .
