网络教学中的教师素养探索

摘　　要：随着多媒体技术和国际互联网为代表的当代网络信息技术的不断发展,现代信息技术正在改变着人们的生活方式和学习方式,开展网络教学将是学校教育面临的必然选择。从事网络教学的教师不仅需要具有所授课程知识的基本素养,而且需要具备网络教学中所需要的多方面的信息素养和技术素养。文章通过分析网络教学与传统教学的差别以及网络教学的特点,探究教师应具备的基本素养、信息素养和现代教育技术素养。With the continuing development of the current network information technology which is represented by multimedia technology and international network, modem information technology is changing people＇s way of life and study. Developing network teaching will be the inevitable choice for school education. Teacher of network teaching not only needs the knowledge of the course he teaches, but also needs the information quality and technological quality in network teaching. By analyzing the differences between network teaching and traditional teaching and the characteristics of network teaching, this paper discusses the basic quality, information quality and modem education technological quality which teacher should have.
