摘 要:运用中国纺织业和信息技术业上市公司的实证数据,本研究发现,高管团队组成特征比CEO个人特征解释更多的企业绩效变异。本研究还发现,公司短期绩效的正相关因素有团队规模和平均任期,公司长期绩效的正相关因素是平均教育水平,公司长期绩效的负相关因素是团队规模。在信息技术公司,高管团队的平均任期与公司的长期绩效负相关,任期异质性与公司的长期业绩正相关,高管团队平均年龄与企业当期绩效显著负相关。Using the samples of public listed companies from the textile and IT industry, it is found that variances of corporate performance may be explained more reasonably by TMT traits than by the characteristics of individual CEO. TMT size and average team tenure were positivcly related with corporate current performance, In terms of corporate predicted performance, it was positively related with average team education level, but was negatively related with team size. Specifically for IT industry, predicted performance of corporation was negatively related with team average tenure and was positively related with team tenure heterogeneity. Moreover, corporate current performance is negatively related with team average age.
