摘　　要：本文介绍了确定美国义务教育“免费”范围的三类判例。在此基础上,结合部分州的教育法律法规文本,分析了义务教育免费、收费和减免费用的规定性,并指出各州义务教育免费和杂费减免政策只适应地方学区内义务教育阶段的居民。This paper introduces three distinct kinds of court cases concerning the extension of free compulsory education. On the basis of these cases and legal texts, it also analyzes the legal stipulations of free of charge, charge and fee Waive. And it also shows that free compulsory education and fee waiver policy only apply to local residents.
