摘　　要：在网络教学不断普及的时代，现代外语教育的一个重要研究方向就是构建新型外语网络教学模式。本文介绍了英语新闻听力网络教学系统的结构设计，并就网络技术在英语新闻听力教学中的应用进行了分析。In an era when network teaching mode is prevailing, one of the important researches in modem foreign language education is how to build the new network teaching mode. This paper introduces the design of the network teaching system of English news listening, and analyzes the application of network technology into English news listening.
