摘　　要：本研究探讨了世界卫生组织颁布的《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》(简称ICF)的理论与方法及其在特殊教育中的应用。ICF提出了一种综合性的残疾模式,它由身体结构与功能、活动和参与以及环境因素等核心结构组成。本研究还探讨了ICF在特殊教育领域的应用与方法。This research explores the theory, methods and application of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health issued by WHO in special education. A comprehensive model of disability has been developed by ICF which is composed of core structures like body function and structure, activity and participation, and environment. Application fields and methods of ICF in special education are also discussed.
