摘　　要：通过对全国25余所大中型综合性医院员工信息素质的问卷调查,了解医院员工信息素质的现状及员工对医院信息化建设的知晓情况,并对当前我国医院员工信息素质方面存在的不足及影响因素进行分析,提出今后医院员工信息素质教育的重点及方向。The author investigates the hospital workers （ sample random） of national scope including 2.5s of the big and medium - sized hospital concerning the information diathesis in questionnaire, analyzing and discussing the result of the questionnaire, thereby understood the actuality of our country hospital workers of the information diathesis and the realization degree of Hospital Information System, finally summing - up the deficiency and various influence factors of information diathesis, put forward the emphases and orientation of the information diathesis education for hospital workers.
