摘　　要：二语学得中存在语言迁移现象。迁移存在两个层面——正迁移和负迁移,二者对二语学得都有一定的影响。学习者在语言学得过程中要注意这些迁移现象,并使母语在英语学习中发挥积极作用。The essay mainly discusses some phenomena and effects of positive transfer and negative transfer in second language learning it will make the English learners pay more attention to these transfer phenomena and use mother tongue appropriately.
