摘　　要：为解决高温圆筒内壁堆焊这一橡塑机械生产中的难题,研制了一套以硬件电路为控制核心的自动化焊接专机。从设备的总体结构,控制系统的构成、原理,以及方案的确定和难点等多方面进行了分析。实际应用表明,该设备可有效提高生产效率和产品质量。In order to get rid of the bottleneck of inner surfacing welding of high-tempetature cylinder in the rubber and plau, tic machine manufacturing,we developed this auto-welding machine.The whole structure of equipment,mechanical principle of control system, confirmation and difficult of projects,etc are introduced and analyzed in this paper.A year＇ usage proved that using this machine increase production efficiency greatly and improved production quality.
