摘　　要：论述了知识创造的不同类型和方法,在研究知识创造的SEC I模型以及流程模式的基础上,提出了影响组织知识创造能力的因素,建立了组织知识创造影响因素的指标体系,对我国国营企业、外资企业、民营企业中组织知识创造能力进行了分析与评价。This article discusses the different types and methods of knowledge creation, based on the study of SECI model and flow model about knowledge creation. The authors present some factors that affect the knowledge creating capability in an organization, and advance the evaluation index system of influencing factors in knowledge creation, and give analysis and evaluation of the knowledge creation capability in state-owned enterprises, foreign enterprises and individually-run enterprises.
