摘　　要：本文以东北农业大学的计算机基础教育为背景,探讨农科性大学计算机基础教育课程体系、课程体系实施方案、计算机基础实验教学改革等问题,目的在于提高农科性大学计算机教学的质量,更好地培养具有计算机应用能力的人才。The goal of CEE （Computer Elementary Education） in higher education is to train student to grasp the basic computer principle, to operate the computer practically, to solve their problems by writing program. Agricultural discipline colleges and universities have characteristics such as wider specialties, common quality of students, different starting points between different specialties and different requirements for computer knowledge. This paper discusses CEE curriculum system in agricultural discipline colleges and universities, curriculum system implementation plan,CEE experiment reform on the background of CEE in Northeast Agricultural University. This can enhance CEE quality and foster students with ability to apply computer in agricultural discipline colleges and universities.
