摘　　要：随着国际、国内环境的变化和高等教育事业的快速发展,高校学生思想政治教育工作的内容、任务等都发生了很大变化。针对新时期辅导员工作内容的变化,对辅导员的功能和应具备的素质作了探析。With the changes of the international and national environment and the high-speed development of the higher learning, the content and tasks of the college students ideological and political education has changed a lot, too. Aiming at these changes, this article explores the function and necessary qualities of university instructors.
