利用高校体育教育促进学生心理健康

摘　　要：随着社会的进步和科学技术的发展,对健康内涵的深入研究,人们的健康观念日趋完善。多维的健康观已被越来越多的人所认同。“健康第一”作为学校体育教育指导思想,对学校体育教育的深度与广度都提出了更高的要求。高校体育教育是推进人体健康的有效途径之一,它不仅体现在增进身体健康,而且体现在科学的体育锻炼可以提高和改善心理健康水平。因此,在高校体育教育中,要充分利用高校体育教育的特点,促进学生心理健康。Along with the development of our society science technology and the deep study of the conception of health, people＇s idea of health is improving day by day. Multiple health is being accepted by more and more people. As the guiding ideology of P.E. teaching of institutions, ＂Health first＂ puts forwards higher demands of the its depth and scope. P.E. education is a good way to promote people＇s health, health including body and mentality. So, during the P.E. teaching of institutions ,we should make good use of its characters to promote students mental health.
