摘　　要：教师专业化是国际教师教育改革的主要趋势，合作教师文化是对教师专业化的深层次支持和有力保障。解读合作教师文化、提出合作教师文化构建策略、讨论影响合作教师文化构建的因素对教师专业发展具有重要意义。Teacher professionalization is the main trend of international teacher education reform and cooperative teacher culture offers support and guarantee for it. Deciphering cooperative teacher culture,putting forward correlative construc-tion strategies and discussing the influence factors have important meaning to teacher professionalization.
