摘 要:德里达《法律的力量》和《马克思的幽灵》等著作中,引人注目地提出了他的“公正”思想。德里达以公正为超越自然和理性的法律之上的法律,引经据典阐述它同法律的异同,以及当今之“脱节”时代如何对之翘首以盼,进而论述解构即公正:诚如一切可以解构,唯解构自身不可解构;同样一切皆可解构,唯公正不可以解构。德里达曾经视乌托邦为解构逻各斯中心主义的大忌,然最终假公正之名,系统阐述了他极具乌托邦色彩的政治学思想,思之耐人寻味。In his works, such as "The Force of Law" and "Spectres of Marx" and so on, Jacques Derrida raised his noticeable thought of fairness. Taking fairness as a cardinal principle that transcends the law of nature and reason, Derrida elaborated, while citing from the classics, the similarities and differences between law and fairness and the necessity of fairness to the time of " disjunction". Further, he illustrated that de-construction is fairness: just like everything can be de-constructed except that de-construction can't be de-constructed, everything can be de-constructed except that fairness can't be de-constructed. Once abstaining from de-constructing the logos-centrism by Utopia, Derrida finally had a systematic elaboration on, from the angle of fairness, his politics thought with a strong Utopia trait. This phenomenon is thought-provoking.
