摘　　要：针对航模用无传感器无刷直流电机具有体积小、质量轻、效率高和可靠性好等特点,设计开发了它的专用调速控制系统。首先分析了无传感器无刷直流电机的电路原理。接着以无传感器无刷直流电机专用调速控制芯片ML4425与PIC单片机为核心设计了硬件电路。详细介绍了电机调速控制电路、电机保护电路和系统调速信号检测的软件实现方法。Senseless brushless DC motor for aeromodelling is small, weightless, efficient and credible. A speed- adjustment control system of senseless brushless DC motor in aeromodelling is introduced in this paper. The control theory of senseless BLDCM is disserted in the first. The hardware design is based on ML4425 and PIC microcontroller. Motor speed-adjustment control circuits, motor protecting circuits and signal detecting software are discussed in detail.
