摘 要:目的探讨临床护理带教老师的职业压力、心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和压力源量表对192名临床护理带教老师进行问卷调查。结果92.4%的临床护理带教老师感受到职业压力;临床护理带教老师的心理健康水平低于正常人群。与国内常模比较,其SCL-90在人际关系敏感性、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执和精神病性等方面有显著差异;SAS得分明显高于国内常模。造成临床护理带教老师职业压力的因素主要有学生的课业及行为、医院管理制度和工作负荷等。结论应重视临床护理带教老师的心理健康。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing teacher's stress and psychology health state and its influential factors. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 192 clinical nursing teachers with the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the list of Stressors. Results 92.4% clinical nursing teachers have obvious occupation stress. The psychology health levels of clinical teachers were obviously lower than common group. Compared with the national norm, it has significant differences in its SCL-90 respect at interpersonal relationship sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, terror, bigotry and mental diseases, etc. The scores of SAS were obviously higher than those of the national norm. The major factors which depressed the nursing teachers were students' school work and behavior, hospital supervising system and work load, etc. Conclusion Great emphasis should be laid on psychosomatic health of clinical nursing teachers.
