摘  要:维持相邻机架间轧材上所受的张力为零,对于提高H型钢产品的质量是非常重要的。由于张力控制系统的复杂性,以及无张力或微张力的控制要求,诸多控制方法应运而生。但是没有一种方法达到十分满意的效果。基于生物免疫系统的反馈机理,提出了一种用免疫控制器与传统PID控制器相结合的控制方法,并介绍了控制系统参数的整定方法。通过仿真试验表明,与传统的PID相比,这种复合控制方法有效的改善了H型钢张力控制系统的性能,并为H型钢张力控制进行了一次有益的尝试。Keeping rolled steel zero tension between two rolling mills is very important for improving quality of H - section steel. Because the system of tension control is very complex and no - tension or mini - tension is demanded, many methods were introduced. But there isn't a method that is completely satisfactory. Based on the feedback mechanism of the biologic immune system, a compound control method in which the conventional PID controller is combined with an immune controller is presented in the paper. And a method for adjusting and determining the parameters of the system is introduced. The results of the imitation show that the compound method can be used to improve the control performance of the rolling system for H - section continuous rolling mills effectively than the method of classical PID control, and it is very profitable for tension control of H - section steel.
