摘  要:目的探索一种客观、科学的绩效考评方法,提高护理人员的综合素质与护理服务质量。方法采用图解式评估法,制订护理人员岗位绩效考评表,以自评与他评相结合的方法,对我院急诊科36名护理人员实施绩效考评。结果2次评估的总评分,经统计学分析,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);末次评估中自评分、他评分均高于初次评估,除护理操作或理论考核、出勤情况无统计学意义外,其他均有统计学意义,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论实施岗位绩效考评,调动了护理人员的工作积极性,树立了竞争意识;加强了沟通协调作用,增强了科室的凝聚力。Objective To study an objective and .scientific performance appraisal method, and then improve the nurses' ability and the nursing quality. Methods Evaluated 36 nurses of emergency department in our hospital by the evaluation pictures, scales and combined the self - evaluated and the other-evaluated method. Results There was significant difference between the two evaluation results, P( 0.01, the results in the second evaluation was significant higher than those of in the first time, P(0.01. Conclusions The performance appraisal can effective advance the positivity of nurses, and then improve the cooperation between them.
