摘 要:多元文化主义主张文化的多样性和差异性。从共时角度看,多样性是主要的,是文化的深层结构。从历时角度看,文化趋同是次要的,是文化的表层结构。表层文化和深层文化相辅相成,成为文化的统一体。外语教学应以多元文化主义教育理念为指导,利用“中介文化”促进文化融合,运用移情提高学生的文化适应能力,从而实现表层文化向深层文化的过渡。Multiculturalism advocates cultural varieties and differences. From the diachronic perspective, varieties demonstrate the in-depth culture while similarities are minor and form surface structure of culture from the synchronic side. The two cultures are interrelated and can be merged into a whole body of certain culture. Based on the educational theory of multiculturalism, this paper proposes some culture teaching strategies, such as how to enhance the merging of cultures utilizing the inter-culture and how to improve the cultural adaptability, and further illustrates how surface culture is developed into in-depth culture.
