摘　　要：本文在比较系列标准与TQM的一致性和不同点的基础上,阐明了两者互为补充、相辅相成的关系。提出在贯彻实施系列标准的同时应继续推行TQM,即实行“一体化”。论述了“一体化”的科学性、依据性、必要性和有效性,给出了“一体化”的步骤和方法。Based on the comparison of conformability and difference between IS09000 serial standards and TQM, the author has elucidated their relationship that be complementary and supporting each other.A suggestion of 'Integration' has been raised that TQM should being carrying out continuously on the basis of the application of IS09000 serial standards, and then the necessity and effectiveness of'Integration'been discussed followed with the concrete steps and method for carrying out.
